In Loving Memory
of
Mahlon Frank George Smith
March 2, 1957 - January 3, 2019
Beloved husband of Linda (predeceased). Dear son of Roy and Helen (both predeceased). Survived by brother Rod (Lynn). Sadly missed by nieces Brenann and Kelsey and great niece Mia-Lynn.
Mahlon was the owner/operator of the Hagar General Store for 26 years where he established many friendships in the community. Always willing to share a laugh, he will be sadly missed by many.
At Mahlon’s request there will be no visitation or Service.
Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
(Arrangements entrusted to the Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Service.

We have fond memories of Mahlon from the Hagar General Store, when we lived in the area. He was always a pleasure to talk with and he always took time to chat as we sat outside enjoying our ice cream cones (and the best poutine) at the store. Our heartfelt condolences to you all.

We are so sorry for your loss. When this happens in our family we need more than human strength. God and his Son can provide what we need. Please review these scriptures : John 5:28-29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.” Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
