Who passed away peacefully, Sunday August 24th, 2014 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury.

Beloved wife of Ernest Bardell (predeceased). Loving mother of Douglas, Sharon (Fern Lemieux) and Eric (Connie). Cherished grandmother of Lori, Chris, Patrick, Leslie, Sarah and Kyle as well as great grandmother of Kennedy, Keifer, Corbin, Quinn, Madison, Mackenzie, Sierra, Savannah, Sabrina, Daniel, Emily and Aidan. Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Blanche (nee Borden) Wright and her brother Allan Wright (Inez). Charlotte was born in Brooklyn Annapolis County Nova Scotia on January 23rd, 1914. In her very early years she worked as a nurse for Wolfville King’s County. She acted as treasurer of the New Sudbury Seniors group, enjoyed playing cards such as euchre and 500 with her special group. She was awarded the Golden Needle for having donated 100s of pairs of mittens through one of the Salvation Army Programs quietly helping her community. Charlotte was a faithful member of St. Luke’s Church until a few years ago when mobility issues arose.

Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel of the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch Street, Sudbury Wednesday August 27th, 2014 at 11:30 am. Donations to St. Luke’s Church would be greatly appreciated. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. (Friends may call after 10:30 Wednesday morning).
