ABREU, Ronald David, 74 years, passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side, Saturday, October 12th, 2013 at Maison Vale Hospice, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband and best friend of Olivia (de Freitas) for 50 years. Loving father of Michelle (Todd), Janine (Angelo) and Sharon (Kris). Grandfather of Ben, Joseph, Dale and Theresa. Brother of Marcelle (predeceased), Vanda Lee (predeceased), Francis and Joanne. Brother-in-law of Neil, Rosamund (predeceased), David, Christine, Peter (predeceased), Philip, Gregory, Anthony and Eileen.

Ron was the proud owner of Regional Office Equipment for more than 35 years and a Director of the Board of Northridge Savings & Credit Union for over 30 years. Ron and Olivia loved travelling the world with family and friends. He loved sailing and spending relaxing weekends at their camp in Alban. He was a loyal friend and dedicated businessman and will be sorely missed by those whose lives he touched. He was happiest in the company of family and friends.
