Condolence: Heather and family..so sorry to hear of John's passing...we sure had many laughs and fun times together...remembering the many Fireman Balls we all attended.. It was such a pleasure to live next door to the place John and Heather loved in Red Deer Village. This amazing man we considered family and will always affectionally be known as Johnny "Kaos" to our boys. You touched our hearts John and may your laugh, love and smile always keep the lights lit on Bay of Island Drive. We miss you already!!

Condolence: It's always hard to say good bye to the people who have touched our lives. I came to know John best as my captain at the Greater Sudbury Fire Services. What I remember most about John was his sense of humour. John was often asked to create the presentations for retirees at the annual fire fighter's retirement party. The retirement tribute for Gilles Huneault that John created, remains the funniest thing that I have ever seen. Just ask Cliff. We laughed till it hurt and still laugh about it today. Thanks John, for the laughs. We'll miss you.

Condolence: Dear Heather -
We were saddened to hear of John's passing.

While we have not seen the two of year in a number of years, we always smile when we think of our skiing days at Nordic Hills and John's quick wit.

He would always tell us how much he loved being a firefighter and then would kid, that there was always so much smoke and he would always get wet! He was quite the story-teller.

Our kindest thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time.
