Condolence: Having never had a grandpa of my own, Joe Muia was like a Nonno to me. From what seems like the short time I've known him, his kind and gentle heart was what stood out the most. He was an amazing Nonno, father and human being who we can all learn from. I will miss my favorite Euchre partner dearly.

Condolence: Joe has been a compare (friend) of our family for decades. We were so sorry to hear of his passing. My father (Valerio), was a good friend of Joe's and always had a story to tell about him. Our family will miss Joe.

Condolence: To Gemma,Ines, Frank and your families. Please accept our condolences on the passing of Joe. We will always remember Joe as a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather who was very proud of his family. I will always remember Joe for his love of his Detroit Red Wings and the discussions that we would have of them whenever we spoke hockey.

Condolence: It's always hard to find the right words to say at a time like this, but I just wanted to say how blessed I was living next door to you Compare Joe. You always had a kind word for me and your smile always warmed my heart.

You and my dad had become true friends and I know he will miss you so much. Gardening was such a big part of both of your lives and I remember the many summers you spent talking and admiring your hard work.

Compare Joe your heart of gold can never be matched. As hard as it is to let you go, I pray that your family finds peace knowing that you are now at home with our Loving Father. Our prayers are with you.
