Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Roy). Loving father of Raymond (Savka), Dallas and Tyler (predeceased in 1999) all of Garson and Randy Roy and Mario Hachey both of New Brunswick. Cherished grumpy of Drew (Damon), Samantha, Sovia and great grandson Ashton. Grandfather of Jeffrey, Natalia and Roch all of New Brunswick. Predeceased by his parents Raymond and Rita Thompson (nee LeBlanc) and survived by his brothers; Walter (Lillian), Erven (Gloria), George (Wendy), Chester (Carol) and sisters; Merina Wright (Jack), Rachel Luchek (Ken), Jean McFetridge (Bob), Gayle Grenier (Merrill), Judy McElroy and Ruth Moynagh (Paul). He will be missed by the Roy family, his dog Lady, cat Simba and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends across Canada.
He was born in Campbellton, New Brunswick, on November 2nd, 1941. Charlie worked in car sales at Mid North Motors for 23 years retiring in 2008. He enjoyed spending time at his camp on Fairbanks Lake, playing cards and spending time with his family and friends.
