Beloved husband of Celia-Marie Wiley (nee Lewis). Loving father of Jocelyne Wiley, Jonathan Wiley (Abigail Atherton), Kristen (Glen Nerona), Carrie (Kurt Breitsprecher), Robert Wiley and Matthew Wiley. Cherished grandfather of Brendan Wiley, Riley Breitsprecher, and Jackson Breitsprecher. Loving son of Marion Wiley and Roy Wiley (predeceased). Dear brother of Richard Wiley (Krystal Gorham). Dear son in law of Doreen Lewis and William Lewis (predeceased). Dear brother in law of Richard, Michael and Mark Lewis. Sadly missed by a multitude of nieces and nephews.
David Roy Wiley (1947) was called to heaven on January 18th, 2011 after a battle with pancreatic cancer that was filled with miraculous twists and turns. David was an incredible man who was an advocate for the underdog. He would fight injustice and tried to make this world a better place with his progressive thinking. He was a community volunteer who gave countless hours working on numerous committees, local projects and coaching soccer. He touched the lives of all he met in very special and unique ways. He would be proud if we all honoured him by carrying on his legacy.
