Obituary for Claude "Pudge" Andre Joseph Foucault
In loving memory of Claude “Pudge” Andre Joseph Foucault 74 years. Passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully at home on Friday, May 19th, 2023.
Beloved husband and best friend of 53 years to Darlene (nee Laird). Loving father of his 3 girls; Dawn (Dan), Diana (Roger), and Denise (Wayne). Special and proud Papa of Alannah, Joshua, Mackenzie, and Nathan. Predeceased by his parents Leo and Lucy Foucault (nee Desforges). Dear brother of Philip (Shirley), Gerry (Barbara), Dan (Lori), Jim (Joanne), Larry, Pat (Connie), Don (Lara), Lorraine (Terry Sr.), Carmen (Ray – deceased), and Marie (Jeff). He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Claude was born in Sudbury on November 22nd, 1948. He married Darlene on October 10th, 1970. He was a lifetime resident of Capreol. He worked at CNR for 42 years. Claude was a proud Associate Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 179 for 45 years. He loved hunting and fishing.
There will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium with entombment in the Capreol Cemetery. A celebration of his life will be held at the Legion in Capreol on Sunday, July 9th, 2023 from 1-4pm. Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 179 would be appreciated.
