In Loving Memory of Lucille Marguerite Bourget (nee Laforest) 97 years Saturday, May 13. 2023 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved wife of Wilfrid Michaud (predeceased 1962) and Horace Bourget (predeceased 1997). Loving mother of Yolande Chevrette (George predeceased), Roger Michaud (predeceased), Raymond Michaud predeceased (wife Barbara), Denis Michaud (wife Beverley), Rita Basso (husband Ronald), Suzanne Knight (husband John), Richard Michaud (wife Beverley). Step-mother to Claude Bourget. Cherished Memere to 15 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 24 great great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Alexandre and Hazel (Larocque) Laforest both predeceased. Predeceased by siblings Leonard, Albert, Harry, Roland, Alexandre and Florence. Missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Lucille made many good friends during her time living at Christ the King Apartments. She enjoyed her regular card games at Older Adult Centre and never missed a bingo game. Also was known to make the odd trip to try her luck at the casino up to a month ago. According to Lucille’s wishes there will be no service or visitation. Cremation with interment in Civic Cemetery. Donations to Maison McCulloch Hospice in Lucille’s name would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Homes.
