Beloved wife of John Hazen predeceased 2018. Loving mother of Andrew Hazen predeceased, 2011, Edward Hazen (Lynn Karelus), and Steven Hazen. Cherished grandmother of Taylor Simmons and Jonathan Hazen; Caitlyn and Alyssa Hazen; Parker, Avery, and Carter Hazen. Dear daughter of Andrew and Violet (Palomaki) Perttula. Dear sister of Lynne (Jukka) Heikurinen, Lillian (Ray) Shelsted and Edward, predeceased (Dianne) Perttula. Loving sister in-law to Charlie and Nicole Hazen, Robert and Nancy Hazen, Elizabeth and Ross Griffith, Sadly missed by nieces and nephews Lianne, Christopher, David, Jill, Jennifer, Michael, Stephanie, Alex, Olivia, Will and Anne.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to St. Marks Church in Sudbury or Toronto Childrens Hospital.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at St. Marks Church 45 Walford Road, Sudbury, Ontario on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 at 11:00 am with a fellowship reception immediately following the service in the Fellowship Hall. Please note that the hall is not wheelchair accessible.
