Who passed away at Extendicare York on Sunday, March 5th, 2023.
Beloved wife of Victor Ahlgren (predeceased). Cherished mother of Lola Kapanen (Victor) and Nancy Chamberlain (Bob predeceased). Treasured grandmother of Laura Chianelli (Jamie), Brian Chamberlain (Carol), Allan Kapanen (Tammy), Mark Kapanen (Taylor) and great grandchildren Randy Chamberlain, Liam Chamberlain, Evan Kapanen and Chayce Kapanen. Dear daughter of Kalle and Helmi Simola (both predeceased).
She was a seamstress, a painter, loved gardening and was an avid reader. The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare York for the great care given to our mother.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or service.
