Obituary for Glenn Allen Campeau

It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family announces the peaceful passing of Glenn Allen Campeau, surrounded by family at St. Joseph’s Villa, on January 31, 2023 at the age of 57 years.

Glenn will be lovingly remembered by his parents George and Mary-Ann Campeau and sister Gail Campeau, nephew Cory Campeau, aunts Colleen Green, and Debbie Brunton. Cherished uncle Michael Brunton (predeceased), uncle Donald Brunton (predeceased), cousins Margaret Sim (Paul), Sherry Berlingieri (Paul), David Brunton (Julia) and Brent Sim (Crystina).

Glenn enjoyed watching wrestling, getting lost in movies and retro comedies. His love of superheroes was obvious from his collection of action figures, posters, movies and clothes.

Favourite outings included dinner with family at Swiss Chalet followed by a trip to Walmart for more movies!

In his younger years, Glenn thrived on the excitement of rock concerts, the serenity of cross-country skiing and the creativity of wood working projects.

Having faced health issues for most of his life, Glenn met all challenges with strength, dignity and a contagious smile.

He embodied the qualities of the superman he so fervently cherished.

The family would like to extend much gratitude and appreciation to all staff at St. Joseph’s Villa for the care and friendship given to Glenn’s during his time there.
