Janice was born in Hornepayne, Ontario on May 16th, 1964. She married the love of her life Rolly on July 2nd 1984. She worked for 30 years at Health Sciences North ending her career in surgical booking. Janice loved cross-country skiing 25 kms each day over the weekend in Capreol. She also enjoyed going to the gym for combat classes and paddle boarding with her friends and family. If she wasn’t enjoying the outdoors with her friends, you would find her in her pool or sliding with her grandchildren at camp, or reading with a glass of wine in her sunroom at camp. She was happiest when spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who brought her so much joy.
The family would like to express a big heartfelt thank you to Dr. Asai, Dr. Herst, and Dr. Singh and staff for the excellent care and giving her more time with family and friends. Also, a special thank you to Tina Marassato for helping Janice and family through this difficult time.
Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation Cancer Center or Pet Save would be appreciated by the family.
