In loving memory of Helga Maria Friedrich (nee Winter) who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at the age of 91. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Horst Friedrich, and her sons Gary (Laurette), Norm (Anne) and her loving daughter Christine as well as her 6 wonderful grandchildren Shawn, Heidi-Lynn, Adam (Stephanie), Nicholas (Stephanie), Devin and Kelsey. Her family and especially her grandchildren were the loves of her life. The knowledge that Adam and Stephanie are having her first great granddaughter was exciting for her and the family. She is also survived by her brother Gerhard Winter and extended family in Germany. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. A Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St., Sudbury on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at 2pm. Cremation with entombment at the Civic Cemetery.
