Beloved husband of 57 years of Helen Breit (nee Landry). Proud father of Keith (wife Tammy (nee Boutot)), Kim (husband Matthew Pacan), and Craig (wife Melissa Gattoni). Loving Papa of Brenden, Ethan, Meghan, Madison, Tanner, Lennon, and Mason. Son of the late Donald Breit and the late Joyce Breit (nee Fortier). Dear brother of Kenny, Donna, Billy, Gary, Garth, and Kevin. Uncle Dave to many nephews and nieces.

Dave was born into a musical family and especially loved to play the accordion. He was a passionate outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, and gardening, He was an avid salesman, always meeting new people. He enjoyed socializing with the neighbours as he had many funny stories to tell. Above all, he adored his family. Dave loved life and lived it to the fullest.
