Obituary for Beatrice Hallows (Phillips)
It is with profound sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of their Loving Mother Beatrice Rose Hallows (Phillips) in her home surrounded by her family on September 9th, 2022
Beatrice was born in Copper Cliff, Ontario on March 9th 1924. She was the daughter of the late Reuben and Beatrice Phillips. Beloved wife of the late John Charles Hallows and loving mother to Dave (predeceased), Daughter in law Reg (Moe), Jim (Peggy), John (Isabel), Marilyn (Bernie).
She cherished her grandchildren Kelly, Jeffery, Jason (Anna), Jasper (Maddie), Chris (Jaymi) Erin (Ryan), Kyla, David (Karen) and Adam. She will be fondly remembered by many as Grandma Bea, especial by Tiffany, Anthony and Tiana.
Beatrice will also be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Grandma adored her great grandchildren, Elsa, Nina, Alice, Scarlett, Sam and Griffin
Beatrice’s love for her family is what kept her going for so many wonderful years, nothing made her happier than being with family and right to the end she had the need to take care of us. Grandma is also known for her amazing cooking. Her home would be filled with wonderful aromas of fresh baked bread, cookies and delicious pies and butter tarts.
