In Loving Memory of Slobodan (Slobo) Martinovic – 80 years

Dear son of Jovan (predeceased) and Joan (predeceased). Beloved husband of Savka (Janjic). Loving father of Steven, Susan Reynolds (David) and Sreto (predeceased). Cherished grandfather to Alexa. Dear brother-in-law of Slava Liljac (Dragan) and dear uncle to Sloba.
He will also be missed by his cherished cat Charlie.
Slobo was a proud Serbian who was active in the local Serbian community, having helped build the Serbian Church and St. Peter and Paul Serbian Orthodox Church projects. He also enjoyed working around his home. Slobo will be remembered as a well-liked person who had a good sense of humour and was devoted to his loving family.
Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury. (Friends may call 2-4pm and 6-8pm Sunday, August 14, 2022, with prayers at 7pm Sunday.
Funeral Service in St. Peter and Paul Serbian Orthodox Church, 515 Antwerp Street, Sudbury, Monday, August 15, 2022, at 12pm.
Interment in the family plot at Park Lawn Cemetery.
