Obituary for Clark Spencer

In loving memory of George “Clark” Spencer, 79 years. Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022, at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Doreen Spencer (nee Brown). Loving father of Karen Spencer (John Czako), Brian Spencer (Anne), and Greg Spencer (Kim Van Leeuwen). Cherished grandfather of Ethan Czako, Logan Spencer, Chloe Spencer, and Colton Clark Spencer. Dear son of Muriel Spencer predeceased. Dear brother-in-law of Susan Smith (Danny Smith predeceased) and uncle to Lee, Derek, Shannon, and Jason.

Clark Spencer passed with his loving wife of 58 years and his children by his side. He is remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and son. Clark could always be counted on for a laugh and a helping hand. Whether helping a family member with a serious problem or simply clearing the neighbours’ driveway, he was there. He loved music, his camp on Kukagami Lake, his family and friends. Worked at INCO for 33 years. In his retirement he was always working around the house or at camp. The care and concern he had for his beautiful wife Doreen was exceptional. Clark was an incredible role-model for his children and grandchildren. We are so grateful for his influence in our lives.
