In loving memory of Emmy Frank, who passed away on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, at the age of 89 at Health Sciences North. Survived by her younger sister Carol LuSung of California. Devoted mother of Darrell Frank (Ellen), Faye Pacheco (Tony), Jeff Frank (Greg) and Amber Cholewinsky (Terry). Beloved grandmother of Adam, Andrew (Charlotte), Ayla, Nathan, Gina (Jay), Alex and Sarah, and great grandmother to Cadence, Ava and Gia.
Emmy was a devoted wife and mother and caring grandmother who loved spending time with her family, she never forgot a birthday or special occasion, she was always very thoughtful. In her younger days she loved to play badminton, was an avid gardener and made the best desserts! She had a passion for volunteering with Science North which she did for over 20 years. She also volunteered for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Red Cross and helped deliver the mail to residences in her building. Emmy enjoyed the last 8 years living at Finlandia Village where she made many friends.
At her request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium with burial in the family plot at Lasalle Cemetery. Donations to Science North or Red Cross would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
