In loving memory of Elsie Ellen Ritchie (nee Kinnonen), 89 years, who passed away Monday, May 16th, 2022 at Health Sciences North. Born in Sudbury November 29th, 1932 to Vaino and Signe (Hongell) Kinnonen. She is the beloved wife of 72 years to Eldon Ritchie of Sudbury. Loving mother of Geraldine Parri (Pete predeceased) and Tom (Yvonne). Cherished grandmother of Nancy (Denis) and P.J. (Lisa). Elsie has 3 great grandchildren Eric, Scarlett, and Skylar. Preceded in death by her siblings Eva Ponne, Sylvia Bourget (Flo), Norma Armstrong (Ted), Nancy Manninen (Albert), Mary Hanuszcz (Mike), Viola, Bill, Ken, Ron (Simone of Sudbury), Arvo (Mary-Lo), and Walter (Tootsie). Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Elsie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. “Love you Mom”.
