Obituary for Paulette Lucille Boulay (Boulay)

In loving memory of Paulette Lucille Boulay 75 years. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friends, on Tuesday, April 5th, 2022 at Health Science North.

Loving and devoted mother to her two boys Dean Giroux (Roland Eid) and Curtis Giroux (Sarah Bolton). Cherished Gamma to Libby, Ruby, and Kade. Predeceased by her parents Maurice and Florida Boulay (nee Duhaime) and sister Annette (Donald) also both predeceased. Dear sister of Leo Boulay (Lucy predeceased). She will be missed by her nieces and nephew, Francine “Fille”, Gordie, Carol, Connie, Kim, her great niece Taylor and great nephew Hunter. She will also be missed by the Giroux family, and her many friends she met along her journey when she lived in Cornwall for five years. Paulette had many special friends all with whom she had individual bonds with. She loved and cherished any time spent together with those she loved and held those moments close to her heart. A special mention to Pauline and Roger, Suzie, Jack, Jamie, Jennifer, and Clo. Paulette is finally reunited with her pal Trudy Landry predeceased.

Paulette enjoyed her grandchildren, sitting and talking with friends, her iPhone, Facebook, and spending time at the casino.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff, nurses, and doctors at Health Sciences North – 4th floor, south tower for their care and compassion. A special thank you to nurse Jamie Ellis for going above and beyond. Also, to the wonderful staff at Amberwood – HSN wing for taking such good care of Paulette, and making her feel right at home. Also, a special thank you to Tammy for all the “Timmies Runs” she did for Paulette while she was in the hospital.
