It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Joan Hamilton (nee Ball) on March 7, 2022 at the age of 83 at her residence with her loving family by her side.
Beloved wife of 66 years to George Hamilton. Loving mother to Jean (predeceased), Theresa, Barbara (Rick), Peter (Michelle) and Scott (Jennifer).
Lovingly referred to as Grandma Darling to 14 grandchildren, 16 great grand children which whom she adored.
Sister to Dan (Tina), Fran (Vic), Ken (predeceased) Bob (predeceased)
She will be missed by her friend and neighbor Deena and card playing partner Eileen.
Joan's family was her pride and joy. She felt blessed with having a close, loving family and cherished the times together.
She enjoyed music, dancing, crafts and a good game of cards or Yahtzee. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and infectious laugh.
A special thank you to Dr. S. Giroux for her compassion and exceptional care she gave our mom.
