Lorne passed suddenly on February 5th, at age 74. He was a caring husband, father, grand-father, son, brother and friend. He is survived by his wife, Gisèle (née Albert); his children, Jennifer (Yves), Jeffrey (Melissa) and Jaysen (Ashley). He was a proud grandfather to Lily, Ellie and Quinn. He was a devoted and loving son of Vera (Munro) and of the late David Johnson. Brother of Eileen Hamel (late Philip), Ken Johnson, Cheryl Lamothe (Gaetan), Janet Johnson (Wayne Rochon) and of the late Frances Beaudry (Réjean). Lorne had a passion for farming, was very involved in his community and was a dedicated Lions Club Member. He was a great storyteller and always had the perfect joke for every occasion. He was loved and will be missed by many. A Celebration of Life will be held later in the year. Donations to the Warren and District Lions Club or The Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
