Saturday, December 11, 2021, at the Health Sciences North, Sudbury.
Margaret is predeceased by her parents Daisey and John Martin. Loving Mother of Cheryle Zlotnik (Donald predeceased), Kenny Ethier, Joyce Ethier and Donald Ethier. Cherished grandmother to Tylor Roy (Alicia), Travis Zlotnik, Amanda Esson (Patrick), Cody Zlotnik and Philip Bonhomme (Mariam). Great-grandmother to Kohen, Masyn and Phoenix.
Loving sister to Harold Martin (Elsie) of Cypress River, Manitoba. Predeceased by siblings Gordon Martin (Ducky), Rose-Mary Sinclair (Ross), Ivy Derochie (John), Ruth Lynch, June Donaldson (Lefty), Edward Martin (Irene). Margaret will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Margaret grew up in Copper Cliff where she became life-long friends of over 75 years to Myra Paradis, Marg Jean, Joan Quenville, Claire Bellmore and Marg Desanti. Throughout the years, the group better known as the Copper Cliff Dollies, enjoyed monthly lunch outings and would contribute monetary funds to be donated at the end of the year to a charity of their choice.
The family would like to thank the staff at the HSN Daffodil Terrace Lodge. At Margaret’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will take place at the Park Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Services.
