In Loving Memory of Elisabeth Walter (nee Rossmann), 97 years old who passed away on Saturday May 22, 2021 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Born July 18th, 1923 in Sussen, Germany to Josef Rossmann and Marie Anna Bell (both predeceased). She immigrated to Canada from Eislingen, Germany in 1951. Loving mother of Walter Rossmann (wife Doris), wife of Gunter Walter (predeceased). Beloved Oma to three granddaughters; Susan (Gord), Monica (Daryl) and Tanya (Kevin). Ur Oma to eight great grandchildren; Jamie, Taylor, Rebeka, Jessika, Quynn, Logan, Whitley and Cole. Great great grandmother to Aubrey and William. Beloved sister to Gertrud Matthes and aunt to Oliver and Annette. A friend to all that had the pleasure to know her. She loved to garden, cook, bake, read, knit, and spend time with her family. Her traditional German Christmas Eve dinners will be fondly remembered by all who were blessed to sit around her dinner table. Cremation services provided by Park Lawn Crematorium. A celebration of life for close family will follow later in the year when family can gather.
