Obituary for Leonard Beaudoin

Leonard Joseph Howard Beaudoin
DOB: Nov 14, 1940
DOD: May 15, 2021

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Leonard Joseph Howard Beaudoin announce his passing after his brief but courageous battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at the age of 80 years. Len will be forever missed by his best friend and love of his life, Patricia. His children; Shawn (Sheila), Lorna/Tina (Dennis), Kevin (Megan), Charlena and Jason will miss their father greatly. Len is predeceased by his three brothers; Andy, Bob and Ron and is survived by his two sisters, Marjorie and Joan. Len will be lovingly remembered by his adopted families; Laurie (Chris), Karalee (Deb), Janice (Nancy), Cally (Ken), Jen (Doug) and Rick (Karen). He has many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who will always have a place in his heart.

He was a lover of carpentry, and despite having poor eyesight, had endless creations which will be treasured forever. Jigsaw puzzles were Pat and Lens’ winter pastime and we can still see them standing in the kitchen working on a puzzle, Pat using colour and Len feeling the shape to put the pieces together; he was the expert at the “sky” pieces.

As per Lens’ wishes and in lieu of funeral services, a donation in Leonards’ honour to the Canadian Cancer Society at https://support.cancer.ca would be appreciated.
Arrangements entrusted to Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Services.
