Obituary for Saul Sherbanuk
In loving memory of Saul James Sherbanuk (Barney), who passed away with his wife by his side at Extendicare York on Monday, April 26th, 2021. Saul was the beloved husband of Norma (Gonnella) for the past sixty-nine years. Loving father to Saul Jr., Kevin (Diane), Perry predeceased (Fay), and Norman. Loving son of James and Frances Sherbanuk, both predeceased. Dear brother of Sophie Brown (Gordon) both predeceased and Gloria Frawley (Phelan), and will be missed by several nieces and nephews.
Saul was a good father who instilled his hardworking ethics in his sons, of whom he was very proud. He was born and raised in the town of Creighton, where he worked for 40 years for INCO.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Christ the King Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Family Funeral Mass will be held at Christ the King Church, 30 Beech St., Sudbury, on Friday, April 30th, 2021 at 10am, which can be viewed by livestream: https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/church-of-christ-the-king-sudbury-ontario.
