who passed away at Health Sciences North on Saturday, March 19th, 2021.
Loving mother of Chris Brown (Karen), James Brown (Pamela) and Greg Brown (Nat). Beloved grandma Steven Brown, Madison Brown, Mackenzie Brown, Joshua Brown and step grandma of Richard, Nicholas and Cara. Dear daughter of John and Estelle Pelletier. Treasured sister of Genevieve (Ward predeceased), Theresa and Alan “Sonny” (Heather). Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Dorine always put family first and was a very loving and caring mother. Dorine was a very devoted and proud Catholic and she was the first person many people went to for prayer request. She shared her faith and love of the rosary anyone. She lived in the West End for most of her life and volunteered at the community rinks and church events. She was a member of the Christ the King Prayer group and enjoyed going to the chapel at Our Lady of Hope Church. She was a Private of the RCEME of Sudbury and a member of the Canadian Red Cross as a nurse.
At her request there will be no visitation and a private family service will take place at a later date. Donations to the Elgin Street Mission in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
