Obituary for Judith Lorraine Dwyer

Judith Lorraine Dwyer (nee Pynn) died peacefully after a long illness at Health Sciences North in Sudbury with her family by her side on Friday, March 19, 2021 in her 68th year.

Judy is predeceased by her parents William and Susan Pynn; brothers Dave (Debbie) and Philip (Loretta) and her sister Lorraine Coady (Jerome), and her beloved mother in law Mary Dwyer (Frank). She is survived by her husband Thomas Dwyer, her daughters Cynthia and Judy, sons Thomas and Shawn (Diane); grandchildren Hannah and Noah. Brothers Bertram, Frank (Kay), Bill, Paul, Bob and Steve (Kimberly). Brothers-in-law, (Predeceased) Michael (Catherine), Frank (Lorraine), Derm (Marge) and Vince; sisters-in-law Elizabeth Withers (Gordon), Bernice Aylward (Lar), Catherine Hender (Donald), Alice (Cyril), Geraldine and Mary Dwyer. Judy was blessed with a great number of dear nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Phyllis and the Middaugh, Kapustinski and Valle families and many friends. Betty Anne, Angel and Bayshore homecare staff; Guy, Gavan and Rexall Pharmacy staff. The extraordinary palliative care provided by the Health Sciences North 5 South doctors and staff. Ruth Brown and The Salvation Army church family, Sisters of St. Joseph, and the Brentwood fellowship for their prayerful support.

A private Memorial Mass will be held in Our Lady of Hope Church, 591 Brennan Road, Sudbury, on Wednesday, March 24th, 2021 at 10:30am, celebrated by family friend Reverend Anthony Man-Son-Hing.
