In loving memory of Helene Scott at the age of 84, on Tuesday morning, March 16th, 2021 at Pioneer Manor. Beloved wife of Harold Scott (predeceased). Loving mother of Gary (wife Lilianne predeceased) wife Libby of Chapleau, Debbie (husband Peter Smith predeceased) of Parry Sound and Lynn (husband Gilles Baizana) of St-Charles. Loving grandmother of Giselle (husband Robert Noel), Robert (partner Melanie), Scott predeceased (wife Amanda), Kris (wife Kayle), Gerald (partner Adrienne), France (husband Mark Cayer) and Denis (wife Chelsie). Great grandmother of Tyson, Kaitlyn, Paige, Abby, Emma, Grayden, Easton, Hadley, Jase, Brett, and Tessa. Predeceased by her parents Alexandre and Eva (nee Bastien) Landry and by sister Pauline Proulx and brothers Lionel, Cyril, and Rene. She will be sadly missed by her sister Therese Blanchette of Val Caron. Helene was a lover of the outdoors where she spent numerous days fishing and hunting with her husband and friends. She also loved spending time with her family. She was a member of St-Francois-Xavier Parish in Cartier, where she was well known for making her famous homemade beans for charity events. A big thank you to the staff at Pioneer Manor for all their special care for Mom. Because of Covid, there will be no service at this time…a memorial service to follow at a later date.
