In loving memory of Elizabeth “Betty” Rose Moynihan (nee Ferryman) who passed away on Monday, March 1st, 2021 at Health Sciences North at the age of 85. Betty, more affectionally known as “Betty Boop” was the cherished wife of 65 years of John “Sean” Moynihan of Val Caron. Beloved mother of Kathleen of Val Caron and Michael (Lucie Berthiaume) of Wawa. Loving grandmother of Austin, Vanessa (Jordan Velt) and great grandmother of Avery and Braden. Dear sister of Lottie of England and predeceased by her parents James and Jessie Ferryman and brother Jim. Betty worked for many years at Eaton’s Department Store. She was an accomplished cook who loved to feed her family and friends. With a thirst for travel, there are few places she has not been. Although she has taken her final trip, she will live on in the memories of her family and friends. The family wish to thank the staff at Health Sciences North for the excellent care over the last month. At her request, there will be no visitation or service. Her ashes will be laid to rest in Ireland.
