In loving memory of Heidi Melody Shaw 38 years. It is with deep regret her family announces her sudden passing on Monday, March 1st, 2021. She leaves behind her son Johnny Shaw, daughter Savannah Fleming (father John Fleming), and daughter Jasmine Lherisson (father Ricardo Lherisson). Much loved daughter of Michael Shaw (Laurie) of Ottawa and Anita Ernst (Rick Bisschops) of Sudbury. She was predeceased by her beloved spouse Brooks Rienguette. Cherished sister of Matthew and Sabrina Shaw. She will be sadly missed by her niece and nephew Reid Holland and Ava Rose, mother-in-law Cathy Rienguette, as well as many dear friends.

Heidi was a fighter and much loved by many people. Her fiery zest for life and injustice was recognized by many, but appreciated by few. She considered her 3 children a blessing. She spoke of them often and was extremely proud of them all.

A funeral service will be held in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury, Friday, March 5th, 2021 at 3:00 pm. Friends may gather after 12 noon on Friday. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic directives, 50 people or fewer are permitted in the visitation room, and 80 or fewer in the chapel. Face masks are mandatory.
