Obituary for Ann Rocca
It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Anne Doris Rocca, on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the age of 80.
Beloved wife of the late Angelo Rocca. She will be missed by her children Joe (Catherine), Maria, Frank (Jennifer), and Rob (Rhawnie), her grandchildren Adrianna, Taylor, Anthony, Jake, Liam, Karma, Brittany, Cammi, Derek, Jordan, Ben, Madison, Jake, as well as great grandchildren Kylie, Blake, Cameron, Devin, Izzy and Alex.
Nan was a kind-hearted, funny and strong-willed woman who focused on her family always. She loved unconditionally and welcomed all with a hug. She made sure all who visited ate well and ate A LOT, otherwise she would kick your butt. She remained tough until the very end and finally let go to join her husband Gramps.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff at the Walford on the Park where she resided and to the doctors and staff at Health Sciences North who cared for her.
Due to covid restrictions a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
