In Loving Memory of Denise Burke (nee Champagne), 82 years who passed away at Pioneer Manor on January 12, 2021 with her loving family at her side. Loving wife of Lloyd Burke (predeceased). Beloved mother of Debbie Geoffroy (Paul) and Jim Hawes. Treasured grandmother of Brian, Adam, Dylan, Jim Jr. and great grandmother of Dawson. Dear Daughter of Talesphore and Yvonne Champagne (both predeceased). Cherished sister of Lorraine Burke (Peter) and Denis Deschenes. Will be deeply missed by her nephews Roger, Kevin, Wayne, Denis and will be missed by many great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends. A very special thank you to Debbie Jeanveau and her daughters Loralei and Lindsay who cared for her and will miss her “Nana”. Denise enjoyed crocheting and had a passion for music. She absolutely adored animals and loved speaking to all her friends and family on the phone daily. A very special thank you to all the staff at Pioneer Manor for all their care and compassion. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Donation in her memory can be made to the SPCA or Pet Save.
