Dear Vince
My sister Lee attended the service. I watched it online. The service was incredibly moving. You spoke so beautifully. You spoke from your heart, and you were so much yourself. I am sure that I am not first in line to tell you how proud Lise would be of you. It has been many years since I have seen Lise, but my overbiding memories of her , are many. The greatest of all, were her loving spirit, her loving nature, and her never ending service to everyone in her life. I found Rev Copeland's words at the end of the service to be very comforting. I hope that you did too. My love to you and your extended family

I am still trying to process that Lise was taken much much too soon and so quickly. I can only imagine the flood of emotions you are experiencing. Lise had this quiet powerful demure with a smile that lit up any room that she was in. She really was the ROCK in Sudbury rocks - from the very beginning where she supported and cheered every runner from the sidelines, to all her volunteer hours at runs and to her crossing the finish line so many times. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. My thoughts and all the virtual strength I can send goes out to you at this time and for the months ahead. Please know that we are all here for you.

Lise, as we gather in disbelief,
Not a dried eye,can be seen.
Our hearts ache, for a beautiful lady,
Gracious, radiant you've always been.

I felt close to you, from the start,
Although visits were far and few.
Perhaps the 2-4 weekend at Garnets .
Perdue family fun day or Christmas,
We all looked forward to our sudbury families,
In our hearts you all knew.

Christmas was so much fun.
Family ,food the gifts , and lise!!!!
Not to mention that homemade fudge,
Who ever stood close, would surely get a nudge.
As l would sneak another piece, if you please.

What a beautiful lady, pure heart and soul.
You lit each room where we gathered
If bringing love and laughter was your goal
Being who you are,was all that mattered .

You made us all feel "so "special,
Your compliments always made me feel good.
We all received a Christmas card wishing all,
Better days ahead, and how we would celebrate, if only we could.

Christmas, not only l speak for myself.
But Christmas will be missing,
A certain Christmas " elf"

Our family Christmas,
Vince was Santa.
And lise was his elf
They were comical and entertaining
A room full of smiles, lifes greatest wealth.

This time of year, l feel a hymn
A beautiful song, when sung just right.
The heavens open up and the choirs of angels sing!! To the sound of " Silent NIGHT"

All is calm, all is bright
Sleep in heavenly peace
