In loving memory of Walter Schnoflak of Sudbury (formerly of Hanmer), 86 years, who passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 2, 2020 at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband of Dora Schnoflak predeceased, father of Mark (Jo-Anne) Schnoflak and the late Monika (Larry) Craig. Loving Opa to Ryan (Kristen) Schnoflak, Richard Schnoflak, Jessika Craig, and Rebekah Craig. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Martha Schnoflak, and twin sisters Elfriede and Mariana (nee Schnoflak). Born and raised in Kolbermoor, Germany (Bavaria), Walter immigrated to Canada in 1956, and worked for Inco (Levack) for 31 years. Interment in the Valley East Cemetery. At Walter’s request, no service will be held. The family wishes to sincerely thank the amazing palliative nursing team at HSN for their kindness, compassion, and excellent care this past week.
