Agnes Marie Roger (nee Blanchette)

It is with great sorrow that the family announces the peaceful passing of Agnes at Pioneer Manor on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at the age of 90 years.
Agnes was the daughter of Joseph and Lillian (White) Blanchette both predeceased.
Loving wife and partner of 70 years to James (Jim) Roger. Loving mother of Michael (Sam), Sandra (Dan Messier), Debbie (Bernie Demers), Cathy (Mark Mooney), Jimmy (Madeleine), Karen (Paul Stepsys) and Donna (Ned Taylor). Beloved grandmother to 20 grandchildren and great grandmother to 25 great grandchildren.
Dear sister of Wilfred Blanchette (Maggie), Raymond Blanchette (Suzanne), Rita Lalonde (Albert predeceased), Victor Blanchette and Lillian Lalonde (Jules). Predeceased by Albert Blanchette (Germaine), John Blanchette (Tina), Tom Blanchette (Shirley, Dianna) and Al Blanchette (Pauline).
Throughout the past 70 years Jim and Agnes were inseparable. They were both the light of each others lives. Agnes loved spending time with family and friends but especially loved when the grandkids visited. They were the light of her life. Our mother was very caring and kind hearted. She will truly be missed by all who loved her. Till we meet again.
A private mass will be held at St. Bartholomew’s Church, Levack with interment of ashes in the Maplecrest Cemetery. (Arrangements entrusted to Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Services)
