It is with deepest sadness that the family of Marion Plouffe announces his passing after a brief illness on Thursday October 22, 2020, at the age of 68 years. Marion will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 48 years, Gisèle (Morin) and his children Eric (Leslie Hunley) and Julie (Pascal) Boucher. Marion will be adoringly remembered by his 5 grandchildren, Teya, Maxim, Nyla, Alexandre and Jase, his step grandchildren, Jadelynn, Bailey and Mikayla, by his brother Gaëtan (Patricia) and his sisters Charlotte, Diane (Ron) Thompson, Francine (Germain) Léveillé, Doris and Shirley (George) Fillion. Marion will also be forever remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and cherished friends. Marion was predeceased by his father Germain, his mother Desneiges Fleury, his brother Riel (Linda) and his sister Huguette (Murray) Grant. A Funeral Service in memory of Marion will be held on Saturday October 31, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at Paroisse St-Joseph, 3594 Errington Ave N, Chelmsford, ON. Those who so desire may make a memorial donation in memory of Marion to ALS Research Program – ALS Society of Canada. Arrangement entrusted to Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Services.
