In Loving Memory
Carol (nee Kallio) Tate

Peacefully, Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 at her residence with loving family at her side in her 81st year.

Dear daughter of Vern and Laina (Hanninen) Kallio predeceased. Dear sister of Gloria and predeceased by Jack and Gail. Carol was devoted to her loving family. She was happiest when in their company. The family would like to thank Dr.’s Gauthier & Dhatt and staff at Neomo Medical , Linda Emms , Danielle Drouin and staff at LHIN and the nurses and staff at Bayshore Home Care for their support and care during Carol’s illness In lieu of flowers, donations to Church of the Epiphany or the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated.

Sincere condolences to the family. I spent a great deal of time with “ma” growing up next door and there were so many memories but I will always remember the great meals I was always welcomed to join!!

Aunt Carol always had a great sense of humour. I remember once talking with her and then she started swearing in Finnish. She waited to see my shocked expression and then laughed wickedly. Maybe St. Peter’s hair is curling right now!
