Obituary for Raymond Ernest Sasseville

Raymond Sasseville
May 8th, 1949 (71 years young)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a great husband, father, papa, brother, uncle, and friend. Ray Sasseville (Dad) was the head of our family and this sudden loss comes with great sadness. He is survived by his beautiful wife Marilyn, married for 52 wonderful years, and together they became parents of Rick (Sheryl), Troy (Melanie) and Stacy (Allan). He is a very proud Papa of “his boys”
Zachary (Carissa), AJ (Tashiana), Alex, Ryley, Brandon and Cameron. His heart melted when he first laid eyes on his precious granddaughter Gillian. He will be joining Ernest and Fernande (his mother and father, predeceased) and will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, Simone Sylvester(predeceased) (Roger), Claudette Breau (Raymond), Cecile Carriere (Laurent, both predeceased), Claire DelMonte (Don), Gisele Peart (Stan predeceased), Diane Veilleux (Denis), Denis Sasseville (Pearl), Mark Sasseville (Giselle), and his step siblings, Clement Proulx (Danielle), Celine, Gaetan, Rejean and Yvan. He will hold a special place in the hearts of his nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends that last a life time. He led a very full life, loved to do anything that involved his kids or grandkids and walked through his life loving each moment. Many people have crossed his path, and he left a small piece of his philosophy, positivity, advice, morals, and his opinions with each and every person he met. He left us too soon but has raised us all with the strength to move forward. We will continue to move in a direction that would make him proud.
Dad, you will be missed, but you will never be forgotten!
