Obituary for Timothy Mark Dodd
In loving memory of Timothy Mark Dodd April 6 1946 - August 24 2020. Age 74
Beloved husband of Michelle “Mickie" Dodd (nee Bourcier). Loving father of Jennifer Dodd, Geoffrey Dodd, and Kathryn (husband Ben Digby). Cherished and loving grandfather of Avianna Dodd-Taylor, Amelia, Frankie and Evie Dodd, Greydon, and Sawyer Digby. Dear son of Hubert “Chubb” Dodd (predeceased) and Gisele “Breezy” (nee Cayen) (predeceased). Older twin brother to Tom (predeceased) and Norman. Uncle to Norman's children, Kari, Kevin and Matthew.
Tim will remembered as kind, loving and full of life. He left a lasting impression with all who worked with him during his 33 years as a development miner at Creighton. Tim enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, woodworking, “horticulture” and spending his time at camp (Panache) with his family. Tim was well known for his vibrant, contagious smile and fighting spirit. He was immensely proud of his grandchildren, and elaborate designs and creations at camp. His passing has left us with many wonderful stories, thoughts and memories.
At Tim’s request there will be no funeral, visitations or services. A GoFundMe page will be set up to collect donations as we are working with the Panache Lake Campers Association to purchase an AED machine to be stationed at the lake, in Tim's memory.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Park Lawn Crematorium.
