Danny Kingsbury
June 25, 1959 - June 7, 2020
Our family is deeply saddened to inform you that our brother, Danny Kingsbury, passed away suddenly at his home on June 7, 2020, at the age of 60.
Danny was predeceased by his parents, Allen and Colette Kingsbury (nee Charbonneau), and survived by his birth mother Shirley (Jim Pelletier) and his daughter Sabrina. He was the second eldest of ten siblings: Susan (Steven Zuber), Bruce (Paula), Denise, Lise (David Foster), Jane, Mike (Christina), Marc, Eddy (predeceased) and Jim (predeceased). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
Danny had a big heart and loved his family dearly, having a special place in his heart for his godson Justin. He loved fishing at his secret spot on Wabagishik Lake, sitting around a campfire, telling stories and thoroughly enjoyed a night out at the casino. Danny loved cooking and sharing his creations with his family when they visited. He was a friend and support for anyone who needed it. He followed in our Dad’s footsteps by starting his career at CPR, working with them for 12 years, before joining the Labour Union as a member of LIUNA Local 493.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury, Ontario, on Saturday, June 20 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
