Doug and I were very saddened to hear of Uncle Ray's passing. We have so many fond memories of the visits over the years. Doug loves to reminisce, and while we were waiting for the service to begin on Friday, he spoke of the night that neither he nor his best friend could get a car to go to the dance. Uncle Ray came up to him and said "You're just going to the dance, right? " He handed him the keys to his car and said "Remember....it's my only way home." Doug said it was a new '62 Chevy. There are so many memories. Cherish them and keep them close, they will help you get through the days and weeks ahead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

My visit with Granddaddy in spring of 2018.
Please enjoy this song he sings in longing to be with his sweetheart Nellie (Grammy).

I am so sorry to hear of the news of Great Uncle Ray's passing. I have so many fond memories of our visits with my parents Greg and Holly and my sister Heather to Ontario when I was a child to visit our relatives. Ray was a very kind man and i cherish the times we got to share with him. Sending sincere condolences to my family in Ontario.
With love,
Karen Ferguson
