It is with heavy hearts that we, Debbie, Shelley and Melanie announce the passing of our Mom, Grandmother and Friend in her 85th year on April 6, 2020.
Beloved wife of the William Young (predeceased 1995). Cherished mother of Debbie Leclair (Cleo), late Penny Frappier (Hub), late Candy Quenneville (Ron), Shelley Karchie (late Mike) and Melanie Lebel (Andy). Loving Memere to C.W Leclair (Lise), Angele Lapierre (Guy), Billy Frappier (Sarah), Holly Dubé (JP), Josh Quenneville (Tamara), Buffy Karchie, Jeffrey Karchie, Nicholas Lebel and Sara Lebel (Cory). Loving Great Memere to Kaylee, Caleb, Jacob, Ethan, Levon, Elliot, Gillian and Norah.Loving sister of Edna Benoit (late Wilfred), late Anna May Pilon (Marcel), late Jeannine Trahan (late Romain), late Anita Landry (late Ron), late Adrien “Butch” Gosselin, late Diane Vincent (Paul), late Denis (Buck) Gosselin (Claire) and Cora Lecours (Jacko). She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews, her special friends and neighbours Annie Szarko and Valerie Wilson, her main dog Copper and his friends Binty, Louie and Kona.
Alice loved her family and spending time together. She loved going to the Casino with her grandchildren for birthdays. She had a special gift in the kitchen and loved baking with her kids. No one will ever be able to forget her pies.
A special thank you to the paramedics, Emergency Department, and 4th Floor South tower at Health Sciences North as well as the PSW’s.
Due to COVID19 and the social gathering restrictions, a Memorial Mass will take place at a later date.
