Son of Stella (Bebamikawe) & Leonard Flamand, brother of David (Kim), Diane, Wayne, Betty, Julie, Rosemary, Bruce & Clara. Father of Mhiingun Cuhrader. Grandfather of Mhiingun Jr. and Nevaen.
And member of the Hillbilly community in Wikwemikong.

He loved to walk everywhere. He made regular visits to the Samaritan Centre, N’Swakamok Friendship Center & Shkagamik-Kwe Health Center. He was a regular at the bingo hall where everyone knew him by the way he yelled out bingo really loud. "Just to scare the old gals" he would say. He was well known in Sudbury and Wiky for his sense of humour and old sayings like "Marco say yeah" or "You son of a thousand fathers".
Marco will be missed by many in Sudbury and Wikwemikong. He was loved no matter how much cussing he did. Chi Miigwech Marco for walking into our lives.

Celebration of Marco's life & social gathering will be at the Rabbit Island Center in Wikwemikong on Thursday, March 19th, 2020 starting at 12pm.
The Letting Go Ceremony & Feast will be on Friday, March 20th at 11 am.
