Brian “Slim” Ribic
74 years.
Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 26th, 2019 at Health Sciences North.
He was a cherished husband, father and papa. Beloved husband of Lynn Ribic (nee Thurlow). Loving father of Jessica, Jamie Emes (Peter) and Chrisy Scott. Adored Papa of Thomas, Keegan, Sam, Bryan and Jaxon. Predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his siblings and family in Croatia.
Slim worked as a miner at Vale for 34 years. His hobbies were working on cars and playing with his grandchildren.
The family wish to thank the staff in the emergency department at Health Sciences North for their care and compassion.

at the Lougheed Funeral Home
252 Regent Street, Sudbury
on Wednesday, December 4th, 2019 at 1:00 PM
(Friends may gather after 12 noon on Wednesday)
Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium with interment in the Waters Cemetery at a later date.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
