The family announces with great sadness, the passing of Richard Poitras, on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 at the age of 51. Beloved son of Edmond & Lorrainne Poitras. He leaves behind his daughter Camille, his brother Denis (Meri Bolander) and his sisters Lucie (Alain Poitras) and Diane (Dale Lapointe). Special uncle of Gary, Jordan, Dominik, Kolain and Sophie. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16th, 2019 at 11 am at the Club D'Age D'Or de la Vallee, 26 Côté Blvd., Hanmer. Interment in the Valley East Cemetery at 2:30 pm. Donations to Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Sudbury Park Lawn Cremation Service.
