Maria Orsini (nee Marcuccio)
89 years who passed away peacefully November 1st, 2019 at Pioneer Manor. Born March 23rd, 1930 in Castel Campagnano, Italy. Maria came to Sudbury 1964 she worked at Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School where she retired in 1995. She enjoyed baking, gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving and kind person who touched many people’s hearts.
Beloved wife of Antonio Orsini predeceased. Beloved sister of Andrea Marcuccio (Nicoletta) both predeceased, Luigi Marcuccio (Giovanna), Benito Marcuccio predeceased, (Giovanna), Stefano Marcuccio (Sara), Lauretta Perfetto (Angelo) both predeceased, Catarina Brino (Orlando) both predeceased. Beloved mother to Carmen Fava (Nick), Stephanie Clemente (Nick) predeceased, Joanne Orsini (Gerry), Silvio Orsini (Kim). Beloved grandmother to Nick LoRusso (Jodi), Cathy Lundrigan (Dave), Tony Clemente (Michelle), Jimmy Clemente (Alycia), Delia Orsini, Jerrianne Carriere and Carly Orsini.
Great grandmother to Luke, Eric (predeceased), Stephanie and Anthony Millar, Payton and Eli LoRusso, Via Bella and Elliana Rose Clemente and great great grandmother to Sophia. Also missed by Ramona Orsini and many nephews and nieces. A huge thank you to all the staff at Pioneer Manor for your loving care.
