My sincere condolences to Mr. Ketter's family and loved ones. He was one of my elementary school teachers at St. Patrick's School and I will always remember him. He had such a positive impact on the lives of the students he taught. He will be in my thoughts and prayers today.

I offer my sincere sympathies to the Ketter family. My connection with Charlie was through basketball refereeing in the Province. We worked together at high school championships and many meetings over his career as a referee and as an evaluator. He was much loved where ever he went. His tireless work improved the game for players throughout the province and for the welfare of the officials with his love of the game. His commitment will be sadly missed .

We know that your best comfort will come from the telling of his life's stories by those who knew the joy of his presence in their lives, including his students and staff members.
