Peacefully with his loving family at his side.
Married to the love of his life Marie (French) Verch together for 60 years. Loving father of Kimberly, Carolyn predeceased in 2002, Sheila (Edwin), David (Michelle) and Shelly. Cherished grandfather of Adam (Katy), Steven (Jessica), Tyler (Amanda), Andrew (Victoria), Sara, Belinda and great grandchildren Ben, Emma, Ethan, Avery, and Cara-Lynn. Dear son of Martin and Elda (Lenser) Verch both predeceased. Dear brother of Esther, Charlene and Jeanette, predeceased by Robert, Gladys and Ivan.
Born in Eganville, Cyril worked as a miner at INCO for 35 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of the Ottawa Valley Club and served as a volunteer fireman at Station #2. Cyril was well known for his many skills, a true handyman. We would like to extend a heartwarming thank you to the ER, Dr. Sauve, 3rd floor I.C.U and 6th floor Repertory Unit at Health Sciences North

At Cyril’s request there will be no public visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
